Fairly like new cab, everything works, needs some cleaning.

All gauges work. Low miles on on-board generator.

On-board propane works good. Refrigerator and water heater are both 2-way. That way you can decide if you want to use propane with battery, or electricity.

Hydraulic dinette table works well. Makes into another full size bed. New water pump (March 2021) under left bench.

Closet was reinforced with braces underneath so that crates or cabinets can be stored on the closet floor. It was buckling before I installed the braces.

Spice racks are attached with Command Strips. All appliances are in great working order — fridge, stove, microwave.

New paper on refrigerator due to tape damage on old paper.

New thermostat January 2020. Propane heater works well.

I replaced the shower rod with an extending rod for more room when showering. Makes a huge difference.

New shower fixtures installed March 2021.

New toilet April 2021

Tire covers and ladder rack for chairs or other storage.

Outside shower. New water heater anode in March 2021.

Accessories, including 30 to 50 amp and 30 amp to house plug.

Catches installed on both sides to prevent heavy outside door from falling.

New tires, Michelin RV tires with 5,000 miles. Metal valve stems and valve extenders.

Roof inspection and AC inspection every year since new. Awning works great.

I have paid for annual maintenance package every year since I bought it new in 2016.

Missing passenger seatbelt. The local Ford dealer said they could replace.

Small crack on passenger side windshield.

Cabover mattress was sold as I used this area for storage.

Glue damage from storage net.

Minor damage to seat covers.

Bottom cabinet has had latch replaced twice but it keeps breaking.

Screen door has lost small plastic cover. I tried to get a new screen door during annual maintenance March 2021 but they didn’t have any in stock.

Door lost hydraulic opener (bar at the bottom so it opens slowly) about 4 years ago during a high wind. I never replaced it, just removed the broken pieces.

Tape damage to finishes.

I keep the big dining room window taped shut because it rattles loudly when I drive. There is tape residue on the window.

I attached hooks to hang bird toys and then later used them to hang decorative items.

Mini blinds in bedroom were replaced with tension rods and black out curtains.

Bedroom wall damage to wall paper from removing command shelf.

Bathroom had lots of command shelves. Some wallpaper distortions.

Discoloration on bathroom wallpaper.

Leaking hose under bathroom sink was replaced professionally. The back separator wall was never replaced (so I could keep an eye on the plumbing).

Damage to linoleum from above leak.

Tape damage to bathroom door.

Decals on side and back. Should be easy to remove with Goo Gone.

Bend ladder when I was parking up against my garage.

Parking damage to bottom of outside door the first year I had it. Was not professionally repaired.

Head of 30 amp plug replaced.

In person transactions only. Carlsbad, New Mexico.
